1. Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received.

In its original packaging with tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Certain items such as perishable goods (fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.), personal care products, innerwear, or customized items are not eligible for return unless received in damaged/defective condition.
2. Return Process

Go to My Orders → Select the item → Click Return/Replace.

Choose the reason for return and upload images (if applicable).

Our courier partner will schedule a pickup at your address.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, Net Banking).

For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer/UPI.
4. Replacements

If you prefer, instead of a refund, you can request a replacement for the same product (subject to availability).

In case the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

Our team will verify and arrange a free replacement or full refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items

Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.)

Personal hygiene products (soaps, cosmetics, innerwear, masks, etc.)
